cardHolderName is not sent as specified

Describe the bug

In the AUTHORISATION webhook documentation, the name of the card holder is documented to be sent as the property NotificationRequestItem.additionalData.issuerComments.cardholderName (i.e. as the property issuerComments.cardholderName in the additionalDetails payload.

However, looking at the Webhook Data we get as well as the example data in the Adyen dashboard in Developers > Additional Data, the name of the card holder is sent as additionalData.cardHolderName, i.e. the issuerComments part is missing.
