Pop Up Remains Open When Screen is in Sleep Mode

Goal

When my ring doorbell detects motion a Pop Up appears to show the live view of the Ring Doorbell. This works as expected and closes automatically after 30 seconds. However, when the screen is off and HA is running the Pop Up remains. When I turn the screen back on I can close the Pop Up manually. The issue is that Live View of the Ring Doorbell persists which is draining the battery more quickly. Have I set this up incorrectly.
