Found no NVIDIA driver

I followed the instructions to install ComfyUI on Ubuntu from https://comfyui-wiki.com/en/install/install-comfyui/install-comfyui-on-linux#amd-gpu-rocm and everything went smoothly. I also installed PyTorch with ROCm support via pip install torch torchvision torchaudio --index-url https://download.pytorch.org/whl/rocm6.0
However, running comfy launch will result in this error: Found no NVIDIA driver on your system. Please check that you have an NVIDIA GPU and installed a driver from http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx

The "Found no NVIDIA driver" error usually means the system is trying to use the CUDA (NVIDIA) backend, even though you have an AMD GPU and installed ROCm. comfy-cli does support AMD GPUs and ROCm, but the GPU backend is determined at install time, not at launch. If the wrong PyTorch variant is installed (for example, CUDA instead of ROCm), or if the backend is misconfigured, you can get this error—even on AMD systems.
