What are your thoughts on python 3.13? That and JupyterGIS sounds good to me. I have some things in the list for the env first to get out but happy to work on this in a couple weeks.

There might be some packages that don't support py3.13 yet (e.g. QGIS according to https://conda-forge.org/status/migration/?name=python313), but we can try and figure those out.

JupyterGIS was added to the image, but the we pulled back this image on CryoCloud because JGIS was causing scrolling and saving issues. I'm not sure if they are fixed yet. I can't remember if JupyterLab was also rolled back with that tag, but it may have been the actual problem. I can look more closely Monday to clarify what the differences were, but I wanted to flag it. More discussion is in the Slack #hub_user_questions from Rachel Wegener on June 2nd. The well running env is associated with tag http://quay.io/cryointhecloud/cryo-hub-image:d624b28e39c4.

We need to make sure we pin JupyterLab 4.2. because 4.3 has a lot of bugs.
