Separate Notification Groups based on Projects

I would like Dependency-Track to have a separate notification groups based on the project such that a particular user is only notified on a new vulnerability if he is the stakeholder in that project.

Consider this use case: There are multiple projects with different stakeholders. If there is a new vulnerability reported, then only the stakeholders for a particular project for which the issue is applicable should be notified along with the admin, other users should not get the notification.
