Allow Contributors and Mentors to vote for best projects and admins

IDEA:

We can create an option in the website itself, to nominate or even rate a Project Admin and Project (repo).

There must be a set of questionnaire where one can rate the projects and project admins based on certain criterion. For e.g:

• Communication with contributors
• Quick Response
• Mentorship
• Quality of Issues
• Comments/Complains
• Number of issues you have worked on

BENEFITS

In this way, it will be more transparent, and give a better view of how good the PA is with the contributors and the mentors. Since, many PAs were inactive and some were even never active on their respective Discord channels, this will foster better communication and better monitoring.
