it's a false positive ,to my understanding due to program being designed to also run on windows XP just add an exclusion in windows defender for either the folder the .exe is in or the process itself.

I submitted the file reported as malicious to Bitdefender, like shareddllproxy32.exe, LunaHost32.dll, etc. And it turned out to be a false positive.

If you're still worried, you can analyze the source code yourself or submit it to the antivirus vendor that flagged it.
