add a control section to customize the example app

To Manipulate the Example app by adding the possility to

1. Add , remove and customize the circles or particles ( here we should be abble to set blur,change color,change radius size,etc)
2. Select Background Color (currently we got black and white background)
3. change the veolcity of animation (with a slide,buttons or textfields )
