Issue when running `starbase setup` on mounted directory

This issue was seen when runningstarbase setup on WSL. The user was attempting to clone the repo into the windows filesystem which is mounted by the WSL /mnt/c/.....

There appears to occur on the clone that is run by gitnode. There are some other alternatives that we may want to consider as a replacement if they don't have this issue.
