Rewrite based on CPP version

Now it's just work but better implementation exists, some functions (hashing, fingerprint/tag generating, etc.) should look back to CPP version and bring these to the Python version.

Cause now it works so better implementation is nice to have, I decide to do it sometime later and set it as milestone 2.0.0.
