Reminder to start time tracking during scheduled hours

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I regularly start work in the morning and forget to start my tracker.

Describe the solution you'd like
If my computer is on during my scheduled hours, I would like a notification to pop up occasionally prompting me to start tracking. I guess it would be good to be able to dismiss it for the day in case I am not working that day but happen to be at my computer.
