Output tabs based on metalog active channels and ids

Since we now have a logger (see: https://github.com/Metastruct/MetaLog), we are going to be able to filter logs more appropriately.
There should potentially be tabs or controls that allow filtering epoe via the log id and channels a script uses to log.
For instance MTA or Coins with logging level of warn.

Dependencies:

Should be supported (but can be added later, not blocking)

• Allow (or force) sinks to set a log level and id/channel filter. MetaLog#1
• Allow sinks to change their filter(s) on-the-fly. MetaLog#2

Required (blocking issues)

• Introduce a way to indicate preferred color data to a sink. MetaLog#4
