Request to take a look at CryoGARS Team's AWS Landsat image download approach and review

It would be great to get some feedback on:
- how to efficiently grab data from a bunch of different cloud locations and pre-process the data before bringing it to a local repo
- improvements Jukes' notebook for its current purpose
- how Jukes' notebook can be applied to other datasets and if there are other processing steps we could add to make our lives easier - ome of the other datasets we use are MODIS, ECCO, ICESat-2, and ITS_LIVE among others.
- the organization/README for the script/repo
