Wrong server url

You're plugin generated http://traefik.pve1:80 for my traefik dashboard. It is incorrect. It should be http://192.168.0.36:8080

Thanks for opening the issue. I'm not really able to give any feedback here without some more information. Are you running a current version ? What does your tech stack look like ? Can I see any logs out console/terminal output for context ?

Sorry for late response. I meant traefik tries to send request into "http://traefik.pve1:80", but it could not find it. traefik.pve1 cannot be resolved in my network. That's why it has to be an ip address. I don't have logs, because i've deleted traefik and reinstalled my server

New user experiencing the same issue on v0.7.6.

The plugin selects a hostname instead of the IP.

• seems to affect only VMs (not containers) for me
• adding traefik.http.services.service.loadbalancer.server.host="<some ip>" doesn't help
