UART console log should automatically scroll #123

Hi, and thank you for this fantastic app! I used the UART tool with success to communicate with my ESP32 project.
The only issue I've with it, is that it does not scroll when new output arrives. Please could you change it? I would send a PR if only I knew about Android apps and Klotin. Thank you in advance.
