Automatically rerun PackageCompatibilityToCsv when the new TFMs are released #94
Description
We'd need to update the NuGet.Client SDK, update the NuGetGallery code fork, and re-run the driver from the beginning.
Some of this work is a code change instead of just re-running a driver. Not sure how to do this automatically.
