[Feature]: Manage the order of Owners #10623
Description
Related Problem
Some of our initial owners of the package are inactive, absent for a long time, uninterested or even dead.
And more recent authors of the library have rewritten large parts of the code, which would justify them appearing first.
We'd like to be able to change the order of appearance of package owners name without kicking / readding them
The Elevator Pitch
The Manage Owner view allows to remove owners and add owners.
It would be nice to have a system to just reorder them without having to remove/readd them.
Additional Context and Details
Also I don't want to plain kick the inactive owners, because I respect their initial contribution.
