Wrong result in the Learning section

<ins>Wrong</ins> regex matches should be **red** and <ins>correct</ins> matches should be **green**. But right now it is green for all states.
We should implement this mechanism in the <ins>**checkAnswer()**</ins> and checking any answer with excepted answers.
