Showing "Handliing response" while previewing by "npm run dev"

Keep showing blank page with status "Handling response" while preview by command "npm run dev", please check the screenshot.
I'm new to learning create & build shopify app. I'm not sure I am meeting any issues or not, hope anyone can determine for me.

I just installed the Shopify App then meeet above-mentioned context, the "App Folder" below is the installed Shopify App in default.

Sorry that you ran into this.

This can happen for several reasons.

One of them, as the other use mentioned is that your computer clock is not synced correctly. This causes problems on both Mac and Windows.

If this does not resolve the issue, could you please sure your debug level logging for your application.
