Prevent duplicate packages #48
Description
We should prevent duplicate packages in two ways:
- Community Showcase packages should never be featured twice. We need to check all history.
- Category packages could include duplicates from other categories that we could prevent. The tricky part of this is deciding which list the first package goes in. Needs more thought.
