KEY_POWEROFF and KEY_POWERON don't work on Samsung 2021

Have tried .sendKey(KEY_POWEROFF) and .sendKey(KEY_POWERON) on Samsung 2021
Model QE55Q80AATXXU but these not respond at all.

Just wanted to know if there is a known reason for it? Thanks

.sendKey(KEY_POWER);

seems to work for me when turning off the TV however, does not work for turning it on
