5.9 Alpha - Conditional Start-End Gcode

We introduced a new syntax to the machine/extruder start/end custom g-code, to enable or disable large parts of code in Cura.

There are other changes in the build, with some moderation and consideration, if you encounter anything that makes you go "huh!", you can also raise it as a point.
