Server connection issues

For some reason, the Win11 computer I'm using isn't allowing connections from my Pixel 7 when using the QR scanner.
I tested it on a separate laptop, also running Win11 and on the same network, and that one didn't have any issues.
All devices are on the same network, and there is no client isolation on the network in questions. I'm not using a VPN on any device, and I've gone into Windows Firewall to ensure WHPH is being let through.
What else can I try? Is there any debug log in the app I can provide?

Thanks for the details and sorry for the late reply 🙏.

It looks like this issue is specific to your first Win11 machine. A few things you could try in the meantime:

• Make sure WHPH apps are updated to the latest version.
• Temporarily disable Windows Firewall/antivirus to rule out local blocking.
• Check for any third-party VPN/security/privacy tools that might interfere with local device discovery.
• Switch the network profile between Public and Private.

As a longer-term solution, in the upcoming version of WHPH we’re adding a “Enable Debug Logs” feature. This will let users generate detailed logs for connection attempts and errors, making it much easier to diagnose issues like this.
