[FEATURE] Task relations/task dependencies #114

Description

Is your feature request related to a problem?

Sifting through my task list is overwhelming without task relations/task dependencies.

Describe the solution you'd like

Vikunja, MLO and OpenProject allow you to define task relations/dependencies that allow you to apply conditional logic as to whether a task appears in the list as something that's currently actionable.

Solid explainer: https://vikunja.io/docs/task-relation-kinds/

This way I can pare down my list of a few thousand tasks down to what I can do right now. This combined with MLO style contexts of certain days or time windows is very powerful (e.g., "Business Hours" for biz and groceries, or "Social Hours" if I want to make a lot of noise with power tools or call someone on the phone, and GPS coordinates for pinging me about something when I'm next in the radius of something, i.e., the grocery store).

Describe alternatives you've considered

Not using WHPH, but it's sick, so I'd prefer it to be able to do this. This is the killer feature almost every productivity app is missing.
