Bug in Grand game

I started a new table and session with default settings (version 0.23). The first round was a Grand game where the middle hand failed to play the ♣J as necessary.

Exception thrown by player org.jskat.ai.newalgorithm.AlgorithmAI@2f3dd652 playing MIDDLEHAND: java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException: Index 1 out of bounds for length 1

Thank you for reporting this. We will have a look why this exception happened in the AI player.

Nevertheless JSkat detected that the AI player was not playing a card and applied a penalty by making the game lost for this player or it's party.

How did JSkat behave after this exception was thrown? Did it freeze or move on to the next game in the series? I can only see that JSkat was not able to calculate the game value.

The round is valued as -1 for the solo player. Afterwards you can continue playing normally with the next round.

This should be fixed then, as well. The game value should reflect the lost game for the misbehaving player (party).
