Add default permalink structure support

Currently the plugin only support /%postname%/

This is already supported by using the request variables behind the rewrite rules, defined in the plugin.
For example:
?webservice=1&service=get_posts&post_type=post
instead of
/webservice/get_posts/?post_type=post
