Add functionality to delete lz or files from lzs

Landingzones should be deletable via cubi-tk (should be easy)
It should be possible to delete files from Lzs (not so easy/ibridges etc)

This sodar commit should allow us to extended the SodarRetrieveCollection to also work on Landingzones: bihealth/sodar-server@b761cdc

File deletion can then be implemented via irods python client (extension to irods common)

LZ deletion requires using the respective SodarAPI endpoint
