it says this:

cause you're stupid and you're using an old version that has a massive warning that says "This version of Bloxstrap is broken. Please download the latest version here."

i have a concurrent fix for this problem

download the link above
and put it in this directory
%LOCALAPPDATA%\Bloxstrap\Versions\version-889d2588b25a43d1\PlatformContent\pc\shared_compression_dictionaries
make sure to delete all the files in the directory before putting the file inside 'content-platform-dictionaries.zip'
