getting this error against an ISR 4k, any tips or more information on what i should try to troubleshoot?

same error on asr9901 version 6.6.3 SP2

in missed enabling netconf-yang. Here the missing command: "netconf-yang agent ssh"
Now it works

Just solved by specifying port 22 on the web UI and configuring the router with the following commands:

ssh server v2
ssh server netconf
netconf agent tty
netconf-yang agent ssh
