Support for Upsun service versioning #12

Is your feature request related to a problem?
Upsun service versioning is not yet supported
When it is supported, we have to translate to nearest available DDEV/ddev-add-on version as we do with database versioning

Try to use the service version specified in .upsun/config.yaml (like redis:8.0 etc)
