License Manager Default Authenticaiton

Dear All,

I'd like manage to software license by using this OSS.
Does anyone knows default credential of License.Manager?
I've faced problem while using License.Manager, but I am not able to access URL(http://dev.nauck-it.de/projects/portable-licensing).
There is not Issues tab for License.Manager OSS. That's why I wrote question here.
