The "Privacy & cookies" and "Terms of Use" on cla.dotnetfoundation.org are dead links #893
Description
e.g.,
https://cla.dotnetfoundation.org/dotnet/diagnostics?pullRequest=2386
but this also on all https://cla.dotnetfoundation.org/* pages.
In the bottom right, both of the links 404.
The correct URLs should be:
https://dotnetfoundation.org/about/privacy-policy
for the privacy policy
I can not find the Terms of Use URL so I am unsure where that should point :(
