add new header (perhaps a non-bootstrap one) and breadcrumb that is evenly spaced with ev-container width #4
Description
Move header and breadcrumb inwards, so they are aligned flush to the edges of .ev-container, on computer/tablet/mobile devices.
Make sure the dropdown menus work.
We probably should build our own navbar, and not use Bootstrap 3's.
