Bug / regression: starting with Flux 2.5.0, cannot use remote patches with decryption enabled #1544
Description
The Flux 2.5.0 introduced support for decryption patches, but it considers patches to be local only, where they in fact can be remote too in kustomize, see the kustomize example.
In consequence, using remote patches, produces errors like below and fails reconciliation:
error decrypting sources: lstat examples/loadHttp/https:/raw.githubusercontent.com/kubernetes-sigs/kustomize/master/examples/wordpress/patch.yaml: no such file or directory
