Bug description

After upgrading GLPI from 10.0.20 to 11.0.2, the printer page counter history was lost.
Before the upgrade, the graphs in the “Page counters” section correctly displayed the historical page counter data collected by the inventory plugin.

Now, after the upgrade, the graph starts from zero after the next inventory, as if all previous data was removed or not linked to the printers anymore.

Expected behavior:
The printer page counters (total, prints, copies, scan, etc.) and their history should remain visible after the upgrade.

Actual behavior:
Old history is missing — the graph starts again from the first inventory after the update.

Environment:

GLPI version: 11.0.2
Previous version: 10.0.20
Plugin: GLPI Inventory
Installation type: Docker

If issue is related to existing data, please provide a dump of printer logs table that can be used to reproduce.

I have temporarily rolled back to GLPI 10.0.20, where these tables are working as expected. The attached files were exported from this version and include

printer_6.sql — printer information from the glpi_printers table
printerlogs_6.sql — related counter history from the glpi_printerlogs table (filtered by printers_id = 6)
printerlogs_6_.sql — initial attempt using items_id (for reference only)

Please let me know if you need any additional tables to help reproduce the issue.

The "itemtype" is missing here. Just run the following query, and it should fix (do a db backup before):

UPDATE `glpi_printerlogs` SET itemtype='Printer';

Hallo,
I have now applied the workaround: UPDATE glpi_printerlogs SET itemtype=‘Printer’;
It now loads data, but only when I select two printers for comparison.

The value appears to have been transferred correctly to the database.
