Give individual access to a specific issue? #14226
Description
Is there a way to give an individual user who is not on the CC list access to a specific issue? I don't seem to be able to edit the CC list. I don't want to give them access to all issues, only specific ones.
The OpenEXR project is getting issues reported that are coming from a dependent project. I need to be able to provide the issue details to that project's maintainers, but I don't want them to receive notices of all OpenEXR issues.
