Add filters to programitclly disable WooCommerce and other supported plugin checks

Feature Description

As requested by a user in the support forums, consider adding a filter so that WooCommerce events are not collected (and potentially a similar filter for other supported third party plugins). The plugin already does detect WooCommerce and in this users case, as I'm sure with others, they're using other plugins that also collect the same events.

A filter could be added to the WooCommerce check to account for this.
