orbotmini 1.0.0-BETA-1-tor-0.4.0.4-rc

This is a new semi-experimental user experience for Orbot, focused on creating a version centered on "unblocking apps" through the VPN feature.

The app is also meant to be < 5MB (currently 4.77MB!), though ideally in the 3MB range eventually.

It does NOT include support for running Onion Services, Bridges, Pluggable Transports, or other advanced features. Those will remain part of the main Orbot app, aka "OrbotMAX".

a32452e Make text inputs in Orbot declare that they do want to opt out of IME personalized learning.
