remove "Action" column; use "Domain" as the link's anchor

I've noticed that there's a separate "Action" column with just a link to the instance. However, on smaller screens, such as mobile phones, this requires users to scroll right just to click the "Go ->" link.

I suggest using the domain (from the "Domain" column) as the anchor instead, and removing the "Action" column altogether. This change would make the interface more user-friendly, especially for those using devices with smaller screens.

I would have created a pull request to implement this change, but unfortunately, I lack experience with JavaScript. If someone with the necessary expertise could consider this proposal, I would appreciate it. Thank you.
