Not working with NPM (no access outside of LAN)

Hello all,

I have set things up the same way i do with all my applications that I access outside of my LAN but cannot access Karakeep unless on the LAN.

How are you accessing the rest of your containers outside the LAN?

How are you accessing the rest of your containers outside the LAN?

Sorry, I should have said - I use NGINX Proxy Manager that I run as a container, then set things up using the GUI. Happy to send screenshots of that if it will help.
