Proposal: Transferring This Project to a New Organization or Maintainer

Hello everyone,

As the original creator of this project, I’m incredibly grateful for your support and contributions, which have helped this repository reach over 3,600 stars! However, due to limited personal time, I’m no longer able to actively maintain this project.

To ensure the project can continue to thrive, I believe the best approach is to transfer the project to a new GitHub organization. Here’s the proposed plan, and I’d love to hear your feedback:

1. Create a new organization: Establish a dedicated GitHub organization and move the project there.
2. Recruit maintainers: Invite interested contributors to join the new organization and collaboratively manage the project.
3. Establish clear governance: Define transparent contribution guidelines and decision-making processes to ensure the project’s long-term stability.

i support transferring to a new organisation but i cannot commit to any maintenance as i know nothing about all that techniques google uses to hide the streams

i use the library personally and i hope to continue using it, so i can help with code reviews and issues
