Ran some Claude to compare to yt-dlp

  YouTube has significantly strengthened its anti-bot measures:

  1. PO Tokens: YouTube now requires cryptographically signed tokens from BotGuard (Web), DroidGuard (Android), or
   iOSGuard (iOS)
  2. Visitor Data: Must be extracted from legitimate browser sessions
  3. Request Fingerprinting: Advanced detection of non-browser requests
  4. Rate Limiting: Aggressive throttling of automated requests

looks like we'd need some aggressive reverse engineering to get this working again 😬
