Massive 3D-Bugs in Firefox 145.0

Description

Since updating to Firefox 145.0 we have massive problems with a three.js-based webapplication that was working properly in earlier versions of Firefox and still is working properly in all other major browsers, i. e. Chrome, Safari, etc. -

Did anyone else also encounter problems with Firefox 145.0 and maybe already found some kind of work-around to enforce the latest Firefox to behave like the previous version?

I have tested some official examples (https://threejs.org/examples/) with Firefox 145 and macOS and everything works as expected. Can you please name at least one example that fails on your system?

In any event, if this regression was introduced with a browser update, the issue must be redirected to Bugzilla (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/).

I can confirm that the examples are all working. However, I am currently not able to create a minimum example of a three.js application that only has weired graphical pipeline issues in the latest firefox 145.0. So it's hard to tell whether the new implementation of Firefox specs exposes a weakness of the graphical rendering in three.js or whether there is a real bug in Firefox 145.0 - but I also assume that the latter is more likely.

Maybe someone else finds this thread, maybe with some more background information on what has been changed in firefox. The changelog refers to some WebGPU specs that have been implemented.

PS: Some reddit users are also experiencing troubles with Firefox 145.0 and three.js - the bounty seems to be open ;-)

We don't develop Firefox in this repo so there isn't much we can do...
