We've recently released a public preview of our Windows nodes monitoring fully integrating with our NRI-Kubernetes v3 integration.

For the most part, it works.

The docs are wrong, they mention a "windowsEnabled" attribute in the helm chart when it is actually "enableWindows".

I have to say though that the infraestructure integration seems still not to be working, as there are no metrics reported to the NR dashboard. The host does show, including the correct agent version, but CPU, memory, etc. are all missing. The daemonset pod in the windows node seems OK as per the logs.

I am not sure on how is the K8S infra agent collecting these metrics, and if they depend on the metrics exporter. If they do I guess metrics depend on this being deployed (at least for AKS):

I didn't see any mention of WindowsEnabled in our docs, so I assume the team has already corrected them.
We've planned to incorporate host metrics from the underlying Windows node this quarter.

By the end of the year, they will also be available alongside the current ones we provide from other K8s components living on Windows nodes.
