K8sHpaSample datapoints are missing labels #1324

Description
After deploying this change from v3.47.0, labels that exist on HPA resources in our cluster were not included on the datapoints in K8sHpaSample.
Expected Behavior
Labels added to an HPA resource in the cluster should exist on the K8sHpaSample datapoints.
Troubleshooting or NR Diag results
To validate I deployed with v.3.46.0 of the nri-kubernetes image and verified that the labels were added back.
