Bug in 2.7.4:
When an Excel document with a title bar that contains columns with comments is used as a template and filled with data without changing the title bar. The Excel document result is incorrect. When corrected by Excel, the comments are removed.

In version 2.5.6 of NPOI this works without any problems!
