Editorial Comments for OGC SensorML

This public comment is respectfully submitted by the Web Service Technical Panel (WSTP) of the Defence Geospatial Information Working Group (DGIWG). The following comments specifically directed toward 23-000 OGC SENSORML ENCODING STANDARD:
• Should O&M be defined in section 4? It is referenced 8 times before a definition at the last occurrence of this
• Page 78 – 8.10.1 – the prerequisite URL does not work and is therefore invalid
• 9.1.4.8/9 – UAV needs to be defined (pages 87 and 88)

Check with OGC staff if the links we are using to external requirements classes are correct and will be made resolvable after standard publication.
