The CI failed on an old version of GDC (4.8.5) that incorrectly had std.file.deleteme marked as package visibility.

Should I work around that by replicating deleteme or do you want to update the CI to use a newer version of GDC (through GCC)? This was changed in GDC's version if phobos 4 years ago: D-Programming-GDC/gdc@1fbb0e1#diff-d32aec197eebb8341c6be17fee246703c8fef49b97a4a3d622a0f1e3f9d73f6fR57
