Add env variable for default channel

Since storefronts can be used with different datasets, the default channel slug should be configurable via .env

• Add variable to .env.examples
• Use variable across the codebase
• Default slug should be aligned with the most common Saleor dataset

I think channel information should not belong in url in most use cases, instead it should be mapped to a locale

@timuric My suggestion is to do it this way:

1. Add to src/app/config.ts

export const DefaultChannelSlug =
	process.env.NEXT_PUBLIC_DEFAULT_CHANNEL ?? "default-channel";

2. Replace src/app/page.tsx

import { redirect } from "next/navigation";
import { DefaultChannelSlug } from "@/app/config";

export default function EmptyPage() {
	redirect(`/${DefaultChannelSlug}`);
};

3. Insert lines 32-33 to Dockerfile (before RUN pnpm build):

ARG NEXT_PUBLIC_DEFAULT_CHANNEL
ENV NEXT_PUBLIC_DEFAULT_CHANNEL=${NEXT_PUBLIC_DEFAULT_CHANNEL}

4. Add to .env.example

# Set the default Saleor channel slug for the storefront.
# Used to redirect "/" to the specified channel path (e.g., "/en-gb", "/en-eu", "/fr-ca", "/it-eu").
NEXT_PUBLIC_DEFAULT_CHANNEL=default-channel
