NIST standardized in NIST 203..205 some PQ algorithms. CmpRaComponent should follow this activities.

Expected Behavior

• support for key and certificate generation and enrollment, also for
  protection validation for

  • ML-DSA, SLH-DSA
  • composite certificates and keys
  • alternative signatures and keys

• Generation and Enrollment for ML-KEM key and certificates.
